The Jefferson County Board and Sheriff’s Office is seeking bids for a Justice Center infrastructure improvement project involving the following:
To renovate and upgrade plumbing and sewer of the Jefferson County Justice Center in the following manner:

· Locate and fix water leak in men’s locker room and L-block

· Replace water shut off for C,D,E,F,G

· Replace any wall blocks that have to be removed in locker room and L-block
-
· Remove and replace water fountain in lobby with hands free and bottle fill fountain

· Add Hands free showers in men’s and women's locker rooms
Anyone wishing to submit a bid must mail or bring to the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office at 100 S. 10th Street Mt. Vernon, IL by no later than 4pm on June 21st, 2023. The envelope must be marked “Sealed Bid - Justice Center Plumbing Bid”.
Any interested party wishing to view the project area and more detailed job specifications prior to making a bid, needs to contact the Maintenance Division of the Sheriff’s Office at (618)244-8004, Ext 223, and ask for Randa Rowland. The Jefferson County Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
