For an A-7 Application for Vote by Mail Ballot click here.  This application can be returned after 1/2/2019, however the first day to mail out ballots is 2/21/2019.

The Consolidated Election will be held on April 2, 2019.  (School Boards/Trustees, Municipalities, Library Trustees, etc.)

The first day to circulate petitions is September 18, 2018:

          All schools with home county of Jefferson County, except Rend Lake College, can pick up petition forms at the County Clerk's office or print here on or after September 18,  2018 - click here

         Other districts pick up at their district's respective office (see Pre-Filing Notice above for vacancies).

Statement of Candidacy, Petitions, etc. may be filed December 10, 2018 thru December 17, 2018*.  All  schools with home county of Jefferson, except RLC, will file at the Jefferson County Clerk's Office, 100 South 10th Street, Room 105, Mt. Vernon, IL  62864.  All other districts file at their respective district office.
